An empath is defined as someone who is highly attuned to the energy in other people, their environment and even in plants and animals. Many empaths have developed the ability to tap into the spiritual world, experience premonitions, and spiritual guidance. Many empaths however are unaware empaths, or unhealed empaths and thus cannot tap into their innate gifts. Many feel that it is a curse to be an empath, and thus feel hopeless and wish their empathy could be turned off.
Since many empathic people are so in tune with the energy around them, they need boundaries to separate what is their energy and what is someone else's. Empaths have a tendency to take on the feelings and emotions of others as if they were their own. As a result they feel that the problems and suffering of others is also theirs to take on. This results in neglecting their own needs, people pleasing, and codependent relationships. Many empaths have tuned out their own emotions and feelings while they've learned to tend to the emotions and feelings of others instead. Many empaths experience overwhelm, anxiety, and chronic health conditions as a result of years of abandoning themselves. Healthy boundaries allow empathic people to take care of their own needs first, and know what is their responsibility and what is not.
Healthy Boundaries is the ability to set and communicate your wants and needs to others. Healthy boundaries are what create healthy relationships. When you are not tending to your own needs you are not creating a healthy relationship with yourself. It's important to cultivate a healthy relationship with yourself through the practices of self care, self compassion and self awareness so you can share that love with others, while allowing in the love that others have for you.
It will work for anyone who is committed and open to growing their awareness of themselves and be open to hearing feedback.
You will need only a few hours each week to attend your 1:1 sessions with Fraya and go through the videos she has specially curated for you, which includes specialized homework assignments, and self assessments. Fraya provides plenty of written feedback for those that take advantage of her 1:1 support outside of your formal sessions.
Everyone who goes through the Free To Be You 8 week program will have 1:1 sessions with Fraya every week. Group sessions are also an integral component of your coaching experience. Fraya offers group sessions once a month as a way for you to experience connection with other empaths and learn and grow from communicating with each other in a safe space.
Everyone experiences change differently, however many people report feeling a huge shift after their first session with Fraya. 100% of the clients that Fraya has coached report at the end of their 8 weeks that they have gotten significantly closer to, or have achieved the goal they set in the first week of the program.
Everyone that is a member of Free To Be You Coaching is considered family. You will always be invited to attend the monthly group sessions as a way to stay connected to your tools that you've learned in the program, as well as a way to stay connected to a community of fellow empaths. Fraya also offers a "Monthly Mastery" program for those that qualify.
